Terms of Sale
- a)Payments: Pay THB 10,000 for a one-bedroom suite, where the amount is considered to be part of the overall package price this will be deducted from the amount to be paid for conveyances.
- b)The contract: Pay THB 50,000 on the day of signing contract to purchase a unit and sign with the company within 7 days.
- c)Down payment: The amount is 7% of the sales price minus the THB 5,000 and THB 50,000 already paid. This remaining amount is payable over an 18 month period.
Expenses for conveyances
- a)The cost of the registration of ownership (duties, taxes, business income tax) the buyer and seller will be pay equally.
- b)Pay the condominium fund at the rate of THB 500 per sqm and pay only once.
- c)Common expenses paid at the rate of THB 40 per sqm per month, payable annually in advance.
- d)1% of the capital value of the mortgage loan will be paid to the land Department, if the loan has been submitted to a financial institution.
- e)Electric and water meters must be paid for.
Note : The central management fee includes general property repairs and maintenance of buildings, common property and the common areas of the condominium, security, pool maintenance etc.
